IF THE CLEANING CREW CLEANS THE ENTIRE PROPERTY AND THERE IS SCHEDULED TIME LEFTOVER, WILL THEY CONTINUE TO CLEAN OTHER THINGS?
Our crew schedule is set on time blocks, and it may be possible that our team is done earlier or later. The time allocated for your service is based on an average duration from previous customers experiences. Our crew will clean other items upon your request but before the start of services. We ask our clients to let us know what else is needs attention ahead of time to complete service on-time, have the necessary tools, equipment, supplies, and have adequate staff. As a customer, please let us know what else could be done to finish the service up to your satisfaction.
DOES PHILLY CLEANING PROS HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. All re-booking before 24 hours of your appointment will be accepted with no charges. If the rescheduled appointment is less than 24 hours notice, the full price of your appointment will be due immediately. In addition, A fee of $40 will be applied to your account for any re-booking and or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice of your appointment.
