Individual Cleaning Service Tasks and Cleaning Terms

Groupon/Living Social Basic Cleaning (2 or 4 Hour Option)

 ​Basic Cleaning Only. Prior purchase of Groupon/ Living Social deal is required. One hour is designated per staff member. If additional hours are needed please request.. One hour per staff member. This is a deal that is valid for properties under 2400 square ft. No discounts can be added to this special. A fee of $30 will be applied to your account for any re-booking or cancellations WITHIN 24 hours of your appointment. The cleaning duties are cleaning the exterior of the stove, exterior of the refrigerator, sink, and the exterior kitchen cabinets.​​​Cleaning and disinfecting of shower, bathtub, sink, toilet, and entire bathroom. Dusting and cleaning of all flat surfaces, mirrors, ceiling fans, and windows sills. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors, hallways, and steps.

Deep Cleaning (Apartment or House)

This is a full clean of your entire home. A fee of $30 will be applied to your account for any re-booking or cancellations WITHIN 24 hours of your appointment. Cleaning Crew is not responsible ever for moving or lifting any items. The cleaning duties are cleaning the exterior and interior of the stove, exterior of the refrigerator, sink, and kitchen cabinets.​​​ Cleaning and Disinfecting of Shower, Bathtub, Sink, Toilet, and Entire Bathroom. In addition, a scrubbing of the tile and shower areas with mildew treatment.Dusting and cleaning of all flat surfaces, mirrors, ceiling fans, and windows sills. Sweeping, Mopping, and Vacuuming all floors, hallways, and steps.Also, Light Items are moved. Accessible rugs are vacuumed and floor underneath are cleaned. Windows are included.

Residence will not have current construction ongoing and or construction workers on the premises. Property must be clear of Construction Crews, Moving Crews, and Maintenance Workers for proper service. Service does not include construction clean up.
