Customer Privacy
All potential, current, and past customers information is digitally protected by Acuity & 10to8* booking systems. Communication thru our systems, 10to8, & Acuity Scheduling are protected by bank graded encryption and certificates ** . We at Philly Cleaning Pros actively monitor our in office security and customer information. Customer accounts that are not active within 90 days all paper files are destroyed. We use customer information to promote and or conduct business . Any information in Philly Cleaning Pros possession will not be traded, sold, and or possessed by another party unless Philly Cleaning Pros is sold to another entity. Any question please contact us.
Return Policy
No Returns or Exchanges on any items or services.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. All re-booking before 24 hours of your appointment will be accepted with no charges. If the rescheduled appointment is less than 24 hours notice, the full price of your appointment will be due immediately. In addition, A fee of $40 will be applied to your account for any re-booking and or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice of your appointment. This policy is for all customer including Groupon Customers. All billing is sent via email.
Cleaning Deposits for Non-Recurring Customers
$50 deposit is required on the day of booking. The remaining is due on day of service.
Late Penalties
Make payment(s) to Philly Cleaning Pros seven days after the due date/completion of all services specified in the booking information or contract. All outstanding balances more than seven days will be marked overdue and be subject to a 20% late fee penalty and possibly the stop of service. All outstanding balances more than 30 days will be marked unpaid, subject to another 30% late fee penalty. All outstanding balances beyond 60 days will be sent to a collection agency.
Service Restrictions and Rules
Groupon/Living Social: Prior purchase of Groupon/Living Social deal is required. One hour is designated per staff member. If additional hours are needed please request. Any time left after service is forfeited. Any re booking or cancellation within 24 hours will lead to a $40 fee.
Basic Cleaning Service Apartment or Home: Any time left after service is forfeited. Any re booking or cancellation within 24 hours will lead to a $40 fee.
Move IN/OUT Cleaning Service Apartment or Home: Property must be clear of Construction Crews, Moving Crews, and Maintenance Workers for proper service. Service does not include construction clean up. Cleaning Crew is not responsible ever for moving or lifting any items. Any time left after service is forfeited. Any re booking or cancellation within 24 hours will lead to a $40 fee.
Deep Cleaning Service Apartment or Home: Cleaning Crew is not responsible ever for moving or lifting any items. Any time left after service is forfeited. Any re booking or cancellation within 24 hours will lead to a $40 fee.
Service Cleaning Task List
Cleaning list for various services will be provided in the customer invoice and or via email prior to services. Customer can use the link below to review your service cleaning list. Recurring Service customers and Commercial customers cleaning lists were provided prior to services. All customers reserve the rights to request and amend cleaning list prior to service.

Before & After Pictures
Our team is dedicated to not link property conditions before and after and or any media to any customers. Our cleaning crew will not tag customer names, addresses, or any time of information to any film or pictures. If you recognize any of our media as a negative depiction, Philly Cleaning Pros will remove the media.
